2019 is almost here but the seemingly endless streak of moisture that helped define 2018 isn’t going away without a fight.

Rain is slated to arrive on New Year’s Eve and the last day of the year is looking mild, soggy and windy.

The big question is: “Will we get enough rain to make this the wettest year on record?”
