Valentine and the men returned minutes later and got out of the car. Once they exited the vehicle, one of the men shot Valentine.

Both suspects fled the area on foot.

It is also known that approximately 20-30 teens were in the immediate area and only feet away from the vehicle when the shooting took place.

Police and medical personnel were called to the scene where Valentine was then pronounced dead.

There has been little cooperation in this investigation because the suspects are alleged to have affiliation with or are Easthaven gang members.
